To develop a daytime and dynamic weather system we need to integrate and modify the general Sky BluePrints and create a child blue print from it to modify the contents. Next Step is to replace the Engine Sky with the new Child Blue Print.
In the child BluePrints I integrated a new Method to Update Time and after that Update Sky
